Tanggung Jawab
- Supervise daily quality control operations and team performance
- Implement and maintain food safety standards (HACCP, GMP)
- Conduct product inspections and quality audits
- Investigate quality deviations and implement corrective actions
- Train staff on quality protocols and safety procedures
- Coordinate with production and R&D departments on quality improvements
- Ensure compliance with national and international food safety regulations
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Chemistry, Food Technology, or related field
- Minimum 3 years experience in quality control supervision
- Strong knowledge of food safety standards and quality systems
- Experience in bird nest or pharmaceutical manufacturing preferred
- Certification in HACCP or GMP is advantageous
- Excellent leadership and team management skills
- Strong analytical problem-solving abilities
