We are looking for a dynamic and strategic Sr. Director, APAC Compute Lead to drive our compute strategy across the Asia Pacific (APAC) region. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for managing and growing our presence with major strategic accounts, ensuring we remain at the forefront of innovation in mobile, cloud, and edge computing.
You will work closely with global engineering teams to define the technical vision and commercial roadmap for our compute products. Your expertise will be instrumental in navigating the complex APAC market, building high-trust relationships with OEMs and cloud providers, and accelerating the adoption of cutting-edge technologies. This is an opportunity to lead a high-impact team and shape the future of connectivity in one of the world's most dynamic regions. You will act as the primary liaison between the APAC customer base and the global product leadership team, translating regional market needs into scalable product solutions.
Success in this role requires a blend of deep technical acumen and strong commercial leadership. You will be expected to drive aggressive revenue targets, mentor a diverse team of technical directors, and collaborate effectively with cross-functional partners to deliver world-class compute solutions.

- Lead the strategic vision and execution of compute solutions across the Asia Pacific (APAC) market.
- Drive revenue growth and market penetration for Qualcomm's compute portfolio in key APAC regions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, sales, and product management to define technical roadmaps.
- Foster strong relationships with key OEMs, cloud providers, and strategic partners to drive adoption.
- Manage and mentor a high-performing team of regional directors and technical leads.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
- Oversee budget management and resource allocation for APAC compute initiatives.
Kualifikasi
- 10+ years of experience in semiconductor, cloud computing, or mobile technology sectors.
- Minimum of 5 years in a senior leadership role (Director or VP level) managing large, diverse teams.
- Deep technical understanding of compute architectures, mobile processors, or edge computing technologies.
- Strong background in sales strategy, go-to-market planning, and business development.
- Proven track record of managing strategic accounts and delivering significant revenue growth.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at the C-suite level.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, global environment.
