PT Pacific Bio Industry is seeking an experienced and proactive Sr. Mechanical Foreman to join our dynamic team in Mempawah, Kalimantan Barat. In this pivotal role, you will act as the right hand to the Supervisor, ensuring that our mechanical operations, fabrication, and maintenance workflows run with precision and efficiency. We are looking for a hands-on leader who can maintain safety standards while driving productivity in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
As our Sr. Mechanical Foreman, you will be instrumental in overseeing day-to-day technical tasks, from complex welding projects to routine machinery maintenance. You will be responsible for guiding a team of technicians, troubleshooting mechanical issues in real-time, and ensuring that all project milestones are achieved according to company quality standards. Tanggung Jawab
- Assist the Supervisor in the daily planning and execution of fabrication, modification, and maintenance activities.
- Supervise and mentor on-site technical teams to ensure safe and efficient working practices.
- Direct complex welding and mechanical assembly projects in alignment with structural blueprints.
- Conduct regular preventive maintenance inspections on machinery to minimize downtime.
- Troubleshoot mechanical equipment failures and implement prompt, effective technical solutions.
- Ensure all team activities comply with HSE (Health, Safety, and Environment) regulations and company standards.
- Maintain accurate logs and reports regarding work progress, resource usage, and maintenance history.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 5 years of experience in mechanical maintenance, fabrication, or a related industrial field.
- Proven experience in a leadership or foreman capacity within a manufacturing environment.
- Deep technical knowledge of welding techniques, industrial machinery, and mechanical repair tools.
- Ability to interpret complex technical drawings, schematics, and blueprints.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make critical decisions under pressure.
- Excellent communication skills, capable of coordinating tasks between management and field operators.
- Willingness to be based in Mempawah, Kalimantan Barat.
