We are seeking a visionary Sr. Multimedia Artist to join Activation Machine Inc.. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for the end-to-end conceptualization and execution of high-impact visual and multimedia projects. You will play a key role in bringing experiential marketing campaigns to life through cutting-edge design and motion graphics.
As a senior creative, you will lead the visual direction of client projects, ensuring brand consistency while pushing creative boundaries. We are looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced agency environment and possesses the technical skills to translate abstract concepts into stunning digital realities.
Tanggung Jawab
- Conceptualize and execute creative visual strategies for experiential marketing campaigns.
- Design and produce high-quality multimedia assets including motion graphics, 3D animations, and video content.
- Collaborate closely with the creative team and account managers to meet project deadlines and client objectives.
- Ensure all visual outputs align with brand guidelines and project specifications.
- Maintain a high standard of quality and innovation in all design deliverables.
- Present design concepts and prototypes to stakeholders and clients for feedback.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Fine Arts, Multimedia Arts, Graphic Design, or a related field.
- Minimum of 4-6 years of professional experience in multimedia design, motion graphics, or advertising.
- Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro).
- Strong portfolio demonstrating experience in 3D animation and motion graphics.
- Excellent understanding of color theory, typography, and visual composition.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced agency setting.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to articulate creative ideas effectively.
