- Lead and manage due diligence processes for complex M&A transactions across various industries
- Perform financial analysis, valuation modeling, and market research to support transaction execution
- Identify and assess financial, operational, and commercial risks in potential transactions
- Develop comprehensive transaction execution strategies and support documentation
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including tax, legal, and IT specialists
- Present findings and recommendations to senior stakeholders and clients
- Mentor junior team members and contribute to knowledge development within the practice
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field; MBA or Master's degree preferred
- 5-8 years of experience in M&A transaction services, corporate finance, or investment banking
- Professional certifications such as CPA, CA, CFA, or ACCA are highly desirable
- Strong financial modeling, valuation, and analytical skills with attention to detail
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with ability to articulate complex concepts
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in fast-paced environments
- Experience with due diligence tools and financial modeling software
