Tanggung Jawab

  • Manage and process all export documentation including commercial invoices, packing lists, and Certificates of Origin.
  • Coordinate closely with freight forwarders, shipping lines, and customs brokers to ensure timely shipment bookings.
  • Monitor export schedules and track shipments to provide real-time updates to relevant departments.
  • Maintain accurate filing systems for all export transactions in compliance with regulatory standards.
  • Coordinate with the warehouse and production teams to verify cargo readiness and container loading schedules.
  • Handle incoming inquiries regarding export status and resolve potential shipping discrepancies promptly.
  • Prepare regular reports on export activities, shipping costs, and lead times for management review.

Kualifikasi

  • Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's (S1) degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field.
  • At least 2 years of experience in export administration, logistics, or a similar manufacturing environment.
  • Strong knowledge of Indonesian export-import regulations and customs procedures (PEB/PIB).
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, and familiarity with ERP systems.
  • Excellent communication skills in both Indonesian and English.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple shipments and deadlines simultaneously.
  • High level of integrity, accuracy, and attention to detail.
