Tanggung Jawab

  • Manage and maintain accurate warehouse inventory records using internal Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
  • Process incoming and outgoing shipment documentation, including Delivery Orders (DO), invoices, and packing lists.
  • Coordinate daily administrative tasks to ensure warehouse operational targets are met.
  • Monitor stock levels and perform routine stock takes to ensure data accuracy against physical inventory.
  • Prepare comprehensive daily and weekly reports regarding warehouse activity and stock discrepancies.
  • Communicate effectively with internal logistics teams, drivers, and external clients to ensure timely service.
  • Ensure all warehouse documentation complies with safety protocols and company operational policies.

Kualifikasi

  • Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's (S1) degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply; 1-2 years of experience in warehouse administration is a distinct advantage.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables) and data management tools.
  • Strong analytical thinking and a high level of attention to detail.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities.
  • Willingness to work on a contract basis in the Pekanbaru area.
  • Good communication skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
