Indonesia Ocean Truck is seeking a highly skilled Staff Ahli Operasional (Logistik) to drive operational excellence in our logistics division. In this critical role, you will orchestrate end-to-end logistics processes – from shipment coordination and warehousing to distribution optimization – ensuring seamless, efficient, and timely delivery of goods. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement cost-effective solutions, enhance supply chain visibility, and maintain compliance with industry standards. Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and oversee entire logistics operations including shipping, storage, and distribution processes
- Optimize supply chain workflows to ensure operational efficiency and on-time delivery
- Coordinate with warehouse, transportation, and sales teams for integrated logistics execution
- Monitor inventory levels and implement stock management best practices
- Analyze logistics data to identify improvement opportunities and implement corrective actions
- Evaluate vendor performance and negotiate logistics service agreements
- Develop and maintain logistics performance reporting systems
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies
Kualifikasi
- S1 degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in operational/logistics management
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret logistics data and metrics
- Expertise in inventory management and distribution systems
- Experience coordinating cross-functional logistics operations
- Proficiency in logistics management software and tools
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
