Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct comprehensive market analysis and competitive research to identify growth opportunities
- Develop detailed business requirements and process documentation for sales and operational initiatives
- Analyze sales data and KPIs to recommend performance optimization strategies
- Collaborate with IT teams to implement and refine analytical systems
- Facilitate stakeholder workshops to align business objectives with technical solutions
- Prepare executive dashboards and reports highlighting key business metrics
- Lead process improvement projects using Lean and Six Sigma methodologies
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Information Systems, or related field
- Minimum 4 years of business analysis experience in FMCG or retail sectors
- Advanced proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools
- Certification in Business Analysis (CBAP, PMI-PBA) or equivalent preferred
- Strong knowledge of sales funnel optimization and customer segmentation
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and CRM platforms
- Proven ability to translate complex business needs into technical specifications
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia
