In this role, you will play a critical part in ensuring operational excellence by managing the end-to-end claim administration process.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining high levels of accuracy in document verification and financial calculations. You will serve as a key point of contact for claim-related inquiries, ensuring that every submission is processed with precision, compliance, and within established service level agreements (SLAs). Tanggung Jawab

  • Manage the full cycle of claim administration, from initial submission to final resolution.
  • Verify the authenticity and completeness of all claim-related documents and supporting evidence.
  • Perform accurate financial calculations to determine claim payouts in accordance with policy terms.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional departments to resolve discrepancies and address complex claim scenarios.
  • Maintain an organized filing and digital tracking system to ensure data integrity.
  • Ensure all claim processing adheres to company policies, regulatory standards, and ethical guidelines.
  • Provide prompt and professional communication to stakeholders regarding claim status and updates.

Kualifikasi

  • Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Accounting, Finance, Insurance, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Claim Staff or in an administrative role within the insurance or financial services sector is highly preferred.
  • Strong analytical skills with a high level of attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (specifically Excel for data management and reporting).
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, in Bahasa Indonesia.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks under strict deadlines while maintaining high-quality output.
  • Strong integrity and commitment to organizational compliance standards.
