In this role, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end process of vehicle insurance claims. You will act as the primary point of contact for policyholders, ensuring that claims for damage and accidents are processed efficiently, accurately, and in compliance with company policies. Your ability to coordinate effectively with repair workshops (bengkel) and insurance partners will be crucial to ensuring high customer satisfaction.

Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and process vehicle insurance claims related to accidents and damage.
- Coordinate closely with repair workshops (bengkel) to assess vehicle condition and repair estimates.
- Communicate with policyholders to gather necessary documentation and provide updates.
- Verify claim details against insurance policies and company guidelines.
- Ensure timely settlement of claims to maintain high service standards.
- Maintain accurate records and files for all processed claims.
- Collaborate with the internal team to resolve complex claim issues.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree (S1) in any field.
- Previous experience in the insurance, automotive, or customer service sector is highly preferred.
- Familiarity with vehicle mechanics or automotive terminology is a plus.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical abilities.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
