Tanggung Jawab
- Monitor shipment movements and operational status in real-time using advanced tracking systems
- Proactively identify and resolve operational delays, route deviations, and equipment issues
- Coordinate with drivers, warehouse teams, and clients to ensure delivery compliance
- Maintain detailed documentation of incidents, resolutions, and performance metrics
- Communicate shipment updates and disruptions to stakeholders through multiple channels
- Collaborate with logistics managers to refine operational protocols and efficiency standards
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company service level agreements
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field
- Minimum 3 years experience in logistics control tower or operational coordination roles
- Proficiency in logistics software (TMS, WMS) and GPS tracking platforms
- Exceptional problem-solving skills with ability to make quick decisions under pressure
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English
- Deep understanding of Indonesian transportation networks and regulatory requirements
- Ability to analyze operational data and generate actionable insights
- Valid driver's license and familiarity with regional geography
