Furnindo International is a leading furniture manufacturing company based in Jepara, dedicated to delivering high-quality craftsmanship to the global market. We are currently seeking a meticulous and analytical Staff Costing Furniture Production to join our finance and production team.
In this role, you will be the backbone of our production efficiency. You will be responsible for calculating production costs, analyzing material usage, and ensuring that our competitive pricing reflects the high-quality standards our brand is known for. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in manufacturing cost accounting and a sharp eye for detail in the furniture production lifecycle.

Tanggung Jawab
- Analyze and calculate raw material, labor, and overhead costs for various furniture product lines.
- Monitor production activities to identify variances between standard costs and actual production costs.
- Collaborate with the production and procurement teams to optimize material usage and reduce waste.
- Prepare detailed cost reports and dashboards for management review to support pricing and profitability decisions.
- Conduct regular inventory audits to ensure the accuracy of stock valuation and production reporting.
- Evaluate manufacturing processes to suggest improvements that enhance efficiency and lower operational costs.
- Maintain and update the product costing database to reflect current market price changes.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in cost accounting or production control within a manufacturing environment (furniture experience is highly preferred).
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, and financial modeling).
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and numerical skills with a high level of attention to detail.
- Deep understanding of production processes, bill of materials (BOM), and inventory management.
- Ability to work effectively in a target-driven environment and meet strict deadlines.
- Strong communication skills to coordinate effectively across production, warehouse, and finance departments.
