Tanggung Jawab
- Handle end-to-end export customer service inquiries via email and phone, ensuring timely and professional responses to international clients.
- Prepare and verify all necessary export documentation, including Commercial Invoices, Packing Lists, and Bill of Lading.
- Coordinate closely with shipping lines, freight forwarders, and customs agents to ensure smooth cargo movement and compliance.
- Monitor shipment status and proactively resolve any logistics issues or delays to maintain high customer satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, shipping data, and contract details in the company database.
- Assist in resolving customer complaints and providing solutions that align with company policies and regulations.
- Collaborate with internal teams to improve export processes and service quality.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in any field, with a preference for majors in Logistics, International Business, or Transport Management.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in export customer service or logistics operations.
- Strong command of English (oral and written) for effective communication with international partners.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel for data tracking and reporting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a strong focus on client service and relationship building.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines in a fast-moving environment.
