- Coordinate with warehouse teams and drivers for operational alignment
- Prepare daily distribution reports and performance metrics
- Implement cost-saving measures in transportation and logistics operations
Kualifikasi
- Minimum D3/S1 degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field
- 1-2 years experience in distribution or logistics coordination
- Strong knowledge of distribution processes and documentation standards
- Proficiency in route optimization and fleet management principles
- Excellent communication skills for stakeholder coordination
- Valid SIM C with familiarity of Surabaya and surrounding areas
- Ability to use logistics software (ERP, GPS tracking systems)
