Tanggung Jawab
- Coordinate and verify import documentation to ensure regulatory compliance
- Liaise with shipping companies, customs (BC), and quarantine authorities
- Monitor container release timelines and resolve documentation delays
- Maintain accurate records of all import/export permits and licenses
- Collaborate with internal teams to align logistics schedules
- Stay updated on trade regulations and policy changes
- Conduct document audits for accuracy and completeness
Kualifikasi
- Min. D3/S1 degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field
- 2+ years experience in import/export documentation
- Familiarity with Indonesian customs (BC) and quarantine procedures
- Proficient in logistics software and MS Office Suite
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Attention to detail with high accuracy standards
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
