Sari Mas Permai, a leading player in the manufacturing and logistics sector, is currently seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Staff Exim to join our professional team in Surabaya. In this pivotal role, you will be the bridge between our operations and international partners, ensuring that our export and import processes run seamlessly and in full compliance with trade regulations.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing critical documentation, maintaining clear communication with global vendors and customers, and ensuring that every contractual obligation is met with precision. Tanggung Jawab

  • Manage day-to-day correspondence with international vendors and customers via email and other professional channels.
  • Draft, review, and finalize export-import contracts to ensure compliance and favorable terms.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely preparation of shipping documents (BL, Packing List, Invoice).
  • Monitor shipment statuses and provide proactive updates to relevant stakeholders.
  • Liaise with freight forwarders, customs brokers, and regulatory bodies to ensure smooth logistical flow.
  • Maintain an organized filing system for all trade-related documentation and legal agreements.
  • Resolve any discrepancies or disputes related to export-import documentation or vendor billing.

Kualifikasi

  • Minimum Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in International Business, Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as an Exim Staff, preferably in a manufacturing or logistics company.
  • Strong command of English (written and verbal) for professional business correspondence.
  • Proficiency in using MS Office (Excel, Word) and familiar with ERP systems.
  • Strong understanding of Indonesian export-import regulations and customs procedures.
  • Excellent negotiation skills and a high level of integrity in managing contracts.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple shipments simultaneously.
  • Strong attention to detail and analytical problem-solving capabilities.
