Sari Mas Permai, a leading player in the manufacturing and logistics sector, is currently seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Staff Exim to join our professional team in Surabaya. Tanggung Jawab
- Manage day-to-day correspondence with international vendors and customers via email and other professional channels.
- Draft, review, and finalize export-import contracts to ensure compliance and favorable terms.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely preparation of shipping documents (BL, Packing List, Invoice).
- Monitor shipment statuses and provide proactive updates to relevant stakeholders.
- Liaise with freight forwarders, customs brokers, and regulatory bodies to ensure smooth logistical flow.
- Maintain an organized filing system for all trade-related documentation and legal agreements.
- Resolve any discrepancies or disputes related to export-import documentation or vendor billing.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in International Business, Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an Exim Staff, preferably in a manufacturing or logistics company.
- Strong command of English (written and verbal) for professional business correspondence.
- Proficiency in using MS Office (Excel, Word) and familiar with ERP systems.
- Strong understanding of Indonesian export-import regulations and customs procedures.
- Excellent negotiation skills and a high level of integrity in managing contracts.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple shipments simultaneously.
- Strong attention to detail and analytical problem-solving capabilities.
