PT Anlun New Material Technology is currently seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Staff EXIM (Export Import) to join our dynamic team in Morowali. As a key player in the manufacturing and logistics sector, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end export and import documentation process, ensuring regulatory compliance, and facilitating seamless cross-border logistics.
The ideal candidate will be fluent in both Mandarin and Indonesian, serving as a critical communication bridge between our local operations and international partners. Tanggung Jawab
- Managing and monitoring all export and import documentation, including custom clearance, Bill of Lading, and Invoice packing lists.
- Coordinating effectively with freight forwarders, shipping lines, and customs authorities to ensure timely arrival and departure of goods.
- Serving as the primary bilingual liaison between Mandarin-speaking stakeholders and local operational teams.
- Ensuring all export-import activities comply with Indonesian government regulations and international trade policies.
- Monitoring shipment status and proactively addressing any delays or logistical bottlenecks.
- Maintaining accurate digital and physical archives of all trade-related documents.
- Preparing detailed reports on export-import performance and logistical costs for management review.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, International Business, Management, or a related field.
- Fluency in Mandarin (written and spoken) is mandatory; proficiency in English is a significant advantage.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in the Export-Import or Logistics industry.
- Deep understanding of customs clearance processes, HS Codes, and relevant logistics regulations in Indonesia.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel) and ERP systems.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and thrive in a fast-paced manufacturing environment located in Morowali.
