Join ISS Global as our Staff EXIM and drive our international trade operations to new heights! As a key player in our manufacturing and logistics team, you'll manage cross-border shipments, ensure regulatory compliance, and optimize supply chain efficiency. This role offers dynamic exposure to global trade practices while contributing to Indonesia's industrial growth in Karawang. You'll collaborate with customs agents, shipping lines, and internal departments to streamline import/export processes. Tanggung Jawab
- Manage end-to-end export/import documentation (customs forms, invoices, certificates)
- Coordinate with freight forwarders and customs authorities for clearance
- Ensure compliance with trade regulations and tariff classifications
- Monitor shipment tracking and resolve logistics delays
- Prepare monthly trade compliance reports
- Optimize shipping routes and costs for international deliveries
- Liaise with internal production teams for export scheduling
Kualifikasi
- Diploma/Bachelor's degree in Logistics, International Trade, or related field
- 1-3 years of experience in export/import operations
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian customs procedures and regulations
- Proficiency in MS Office and logistics software
- Certification in customs brokerage (advantageous)
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English
