This is a critical role responsible for ensuring the seamless flow of international cargo and maintaining compliance with all trade regulations.

As our Export/Import Staff, you will act as the primary point of contact for documentation and coordination, ensuring that all shipments are processed efficiently and in accordance with company standards. Tanggung Jawab

  • Manage and prepare all necessary export and import documentation, including Commercial Invoices, Packing Lists, and Certificates of Origin.
  • Coordinate with freight forwarders, shipping lines, and customs brokers to ensure timely shipment delivery.
  • Maintain accurate logs and databases for all export/import activities, ensuring data integrity and accessibility.
  • Monitor shipment status and proactively resolve any logistics or regulatory bottlenecks.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to ensure customer delivery timelines are strictly met.
  • Handle correspondence with international suppliers and clients regarding shipping requirements.
  • Prepare periodic reports on logistics performance and shipment tracking for management review.

Kualifikasi

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in an export/import or logistics administrative role.
  • Strong understanding of Indonesian customs regulations, INSW, and related trade compliance procedures.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word) and logistics management software.
  • Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously under tight deadlines.
  • Strong communication skills in both Bahasa Indonesia and English.
  • A proactive mindset with a focus on problem-solving and process improvement.
