Tanggung Jawab
- Manage Export Documentation: Prepare and verify all necessary export documents, including commercial invoices, packing lists, bills of lading, and certificates of origin, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulations.
- Coordinate with Forwarders and Customs: Liaise with shipping lines, freight forwarders, and customs brokers to schedule shipments, track cargo, and resolve any logistics-related issues efficiently.
- Shipment Monitoring: Monitor shipment progress from departure to arrival, providing timely updates to the sales and operations teams and customers regarding delivery status.
- Inventory Management: Assist in managing stock levels related to export goods, ensuring that inventory records are up-to-date and accurate for reporting purposes.
- Incoterms Compliance: Apply knowledge of Incoterms 2020 to ensure correct pricing and responsibilities are allocated to buyers and sellers during transactions.
- Regulatory Liaison: Stay updated on changes in international trade laws and import/export restrictions to ensure the company remains compliant.
- Data Management: Maintain accurate records of all export/import activities in the company's ERP system and databases.
Kualifikasi
- Education: Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, International Trade, or a related field.
- Languages: Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English (both written and verbal) is mandatory for this role.
- Experience: Minimum 1-2 years of experience in export-import operations, logistics, or supply chain coordination is preferred.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word) and familiar with logistics software or ERP systems.
- Knowledge: Strong understanding of Incoterms, shipping terms, and customs procedures.
- Soft Skills: Excellent communication skills, attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, and the ability to work under pressure in a deadline-driven environment.
- Location: Must be willing to be based in Surabaya, Jawa Timur.
