Tanggung Jawab
- Coordinate and monitor end-to-end export and import processes to ensure on-time delivery.
- Prepare, verify, and manage all necessary shipping documentation (Commercial Invoice, Packing List, BL, COO, etc.).
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Indonesian customs regulations, HS Codes, and trade compliance standards.
- Liaise effectively with internal departments, freight forwarders, customs brokers, and shipping lines.
- Monitor shipment status and proactively resolve any customs clearance or logistical issues.
- Manage payment processes for shipping-related costs and maintain accurate records of import/export activities.
- Provide regular reporting on logistics performance and shipping status to the management team.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, International Business, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in export-import operations or customs brokerage.
- Strong understanding of Incoterms, customs clearance procedures, and international trade regulations.
- Proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel, and familiar with logistics software.
- Excellent communication skills in both Indonesian and English (written and verbal).
- Strong analytical mindset, high attention to detail, and ability to work under pressure.
- Ability to reside and work in Kabupaten Bantul, DI Yogyakarta.
