Join Leno Furniture Indonesia, a leading manufacturer in the furniture industry, as a Staff Export Import (Mandarin Speaker). In this dynamic role, you will be pivotal in managing our international trade operations, ensuring seamless import and export processes while bridging communication gaps with Mandarin-speaking partners across Asia. You'll navigate complex customs regulations, coordinate with logistics providers, and optimize supply chain efficiency to support our growing global footprint. Tanggung Jawab
- Manage end-to-end import/export operations for furniture products, including documentation, compliance, and shipment coordination
- Liaise with Mandarin-speaking suppliers, clients, and customs brokers to resolve trade-related inquiries
- Prepare and submit customs declarations, shipping documents (B/L, commercial invoices, certificates of origin)
- Monitor international shipments and resolve logistics delays proactively
- Ensure adherence to Indonesian customs regulations and international trade laws
- Track tariff codes, duty rates, and preferential trade agreements for cost optimization
- Collaborate with internal teams (procurement, finance, warehouse) to synchronize supply chain activities
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, International Trade, or related field
- Minimum 2 years experience in import/export operations, preferably in manufacturing/furniture industry
- Fluent Mandarin language skills (written and spoken) for business communication
- Proficiency in customs procedures, Incoterms, and international shipping documentation
- Strong analytical skills for cost-benefit analysis of shipping routes and carriers
- Detail-oriented with ability to manage complex documentation processes
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and logistics software (e.g., SAP, TMS)
