Tanggung Jawab
- Manage end-to-end export/import documentation including commercial invoices, packing lists, and certificates of origin
- Coordinate with customs authorities for clearance of goods and duty/tax calculations
- Oversee international logistics operations including freight forwarding, shipping arrangements, and carrier management
- Ensure compliance with Indonesian customs regulations and international trade laws
- Optimize supply chain processes for cross-border shipments to reduce costs and improve efficiency
- Monitor trade policy changes and implement necessary compliance adjustments
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to resolve trade-related issues
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in International Trade, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in export-import operations or customs clearance
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian customs procedures and trade regulations
- Certification in customs brokerage or trade compliance preferred
- Proficiency in trade management software and MS Office applications
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities
