In this critical role, you will serve as the guardian of our quality and compliance standards. You will be responsible for conducting rigorous internal and external audits to ensure our manufacturing processes align with international apparel brand requirements, local regulations, and MAS Holdings' internal quality benchmarks. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of manufacturing compliance, a proactive approach to risk management, and the ability to drive continuous improvement across our factory floor.

Tanggung Jawab
- Plan and execute comprehensive internal audits across various production departments to ensure process adherence.
- Manage and host third-party customer audits for international apparel brands, ensuring zero-defect outcomes.
- Identify, document, and report non-conformities, tracking corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) to closure.
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with quality, health, safety, and environmental (QHSE) standards.
- Analyze audit data to identify trends, performance gaps, and areas for process optimization.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement systemic improvements based on audit findings.
- Prepare detailed audit reports for senior management, providing actionable insights and recommendations.
- Stay updated on changing industry regulations, brand compliance codes, and international manufacturing standards.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality Management, Industrial Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in factory auditing, quality assurance, or compliance roles within the textile or apparel industry.
- Recognized Auditor Certification (e.g., ISO 9001, SA8000, or brand-specific auditor certifications) is highly preferred.
- Strong knowledge of international compliance standards and social/technical audit protocols.
- Excellent analytical skills with a sharp eye for detail and the ability to maintain objectivity.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and data management software for reporting.
- Strong communication skills in both Bahasa Indonesia and English, capable of presenting findings to diverse stakeholders.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple audit timelines effectively.
