Tanggung Jawab
- Manage daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, and distribution of goods.
- Perform accurate inventory tracking and documentation using warehouse management systems.
- Communicate effectively with Mandarin-speaking stakeholders regarding shipment status and operational requirements.
- Monitor stock levels and coordinate with the procurement team to prevent stock shortages.
- Ensure compliance with all safety protocols and warehouse standard operating procedures.
- Conduct regular cycle counts and annual physical inventory audits to maintain data integrity.
- Prepare comprehensive warehouse reports for management review.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- Proficiency in Mandarin (spoken and written) is mandatory for this position.
- Proven experience working in a warehouse or logistics environment.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with a focus on accuracy.
- Ability to operate warehouse equipment and maintain a safe workspace.
- High level of integrity and reliability.
- Willingness to work on a contract basis and adapt to flexible shift schedules if necessary.
