Tanggung Jawab
- Manage end-to-end import-export documentation and customs clearance processes
- Coordinate with freight forwarders, customs brokers, and international suppliers
- Ensure compliance with Indonesian customs regulations and international trade laws
- Optimize shipment routes and negotiate freight rates with logistics partners
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate warehouse operations for cross-border goods
- Prepare cost analysis reports and manage import-export budgets
- Build relationships with key stakeholders in government agencies and private sector
- Implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or International Trade
- Minimum 3 years experience in import-export operations
- Certification in customs procedures or trade compliance (advantageous)
- Proficiency in Indonesian customs regulations and tariff codes
- Advanced English communication skills (written and verbal)
- Experience with ERP/logistics software (SAP, Oracle, or equivalent)
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail in documentation
- Ability to work under pressure with tight deadlines
