Tanggung Jawab
- Manage end-to-end import operations including documentation preparation, customs clearance, and compliance verification
- Coordinate with freight forwarders, customs brokers, and government agencies to ensure smooth import processes
- Monitor shipment tracking and resolve transit delays or customs-related issues
- Maintain accurate import records and generate regular operational reports
- Stay updated on Indonesian customs regulations and implement necessary process improvements
- Collaborate with procurement, logistics, and finance teams to align import activities with business objectives
- Conduct cost analysis of import operations and identify optimization opportunities
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in import operations or customs clearance
- Deep understanding of Indonesian customs regulations and import procedures
- Proficiency in import documentation systems and trade compliance software
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail in financial and operational data
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills with stakeholders
- Ability to work independently under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Proficiency in English (written and spoken) for international trade documentation
