Endo Medica Nusantara is currently seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Staff Import to join our dynamic team in Tangerang Selatan. As a key player in our supply chain department, you will be responsible for overseeing the end-to-end import documentation process, ensuring that all medical and logistical materials are cleared through customs efficiently and in full compliance with Indonesian regulations.
The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced manufacturing and distribution environment, possessing strong communication skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving. You will work closely with freight forwarders, customs brokers, and internal departments to maintain a smooth flow of goods, minimizing lead times and optimizing operational costs.
Tanggung Jawab
- Managing and monitoring the entire import process, from purchase order issuance to final delivery to the warehouse.
- Coordinating with suppliers, freight forwarders, and shipping lines to track shipments and ensure timely arrival.
- Preparing and verifying essential import documentation, including Bill of Lading, Invoice, Packing List, and Certificate of Origin.
- Handling the customs clearance process, including E-PIB (Pemberitahuan Impor Barang) and ensuring compliance with HS Code regulations.
- Managing permits and licenses required for medical import (e.g., Kemenkes permits, NIB, and Lartas requirements).
- Maintaining organized digital and physical filing systems for all import-related records and transactions.
- Resolving shipment discrepancies, customs hold-ups, or logistical bottlenecks effectively.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Logistics, Supply Chain, International Business, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of proven experience in Import/Export operations or Freight Forwarding.
- Deep understanding of Indonesian Customs regulations, HS Codes, and Import procedures.
- Proficiency in using the INSW (Indonesia National Single Window) portal and E-PIB system.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to negotiate and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to handle high-pressure environments.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word) and ERP software experience is an added advantage.
