Everseiko Indonesia is seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Staff Import to join our dynamic logistics and manufacturing team in Jakarta Barat. In this pivotal role, you will be the backbone of our international supply chain operations, ensuring seamless movement of goods across borders while maintaining strict regulatory compliance.

The successful candidate will take ownership of the full import lifecycle—from preparing critical shipping documentation and PIB (Pemberitahuan Impor Barang) filings to coordinating with customs authorities and forwarding partners. If you possess a sharp eye for detail, a strong understanding of Indonesian customs regulations, and a drive for operational excellence, we invite you to help us optimize our logistics network.

Tanggung Jawab

  • Manage the end-to-end import process, including scheduling, documentation, and coordination with freight forwarders.
  • Prepare and process accurate PIB (Pemberitahuan Impor Barang) and supporting documents in accordance with Indonesian customs regulations.
  • Coordinate closely with internal departments, shipping lines, and third-party logistics providers to ensure timely shipment arrivals.
  • Monitor and resolve customs clearance issues to prevent delays and minimize additional demurrage or storage costs.
  • Maintain comprehensive records of all import transactions and provide regular status reports to management.
  • Ensure full compliance with government import policies, HS Code classification, and trade regulations.
  • Verify invoices, packing lists, and certificates of origin for accuracy against purchase orders.

Kualifikasi

  • Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related fields.
  • At least 2-3 years of proven experience as an Import Staff, Logistics Coordinator, or in a Customs Brokerage environment.
  • Strong working knowledge of Indonesian Customs systems (e.g., INSW/CEISA).
  • Proficient in HS Code classification and familiar with current import regulations (Lartas/Permendag).
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure with strict deadlines.
  • Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and proficient in English for professional business communication.
  • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
