As a key player in our operations, you will be responsible for managing the seamless flow of imported goods, ensuring regulatory compliance, and maintaining documentation accuracy to support our retail business growth.

Tanggung Jawab
- Coordinate all import activities, including tracking shipments and communicating with overseas suppliers.
- Prepare and process essential import documentation such as Bill of Lading, Invoice, Packing List, and PEB.
- Ensure compliance with all Indonesian customs regulations and trade policies to avoid delays.
- Coordinate with freight forwarders, shipping lines, and trucking vendors to ensure timely arrival of goods.
- Perform regular data entry and record-keeping of import activities in the internal system.
- Handle incoming inquiries regarding shipment status and resolve any logistical discrepancies promptly.
- Prepare periodic import performance reports for management review.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum Diploma (D3) degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, International Trade, or a related field.
- At least 1-2 years of experience in an import/logistics role, preferably within a retail or manufacturing company.
- Solid understanding of customs clearance processes, HS codes, and import permits (PI).
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (Excel proficiency is a must).
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work effectively under pressure to meet tight deadlines.
- Good communication skills in both Indonesian and English.
- Willingness to be based in Rancaekek, Jawa Barat.
