Tanggung Jawab
- Manage end-to-end import documentation including PIB, SPPB, invoices, and packing lists
- Coordinate with customs agents, freight forwarders, and international suppliers
- Calculate import duties, taxes, and landed costs accurately
- Monitor shipment tracking and resolve customs clearance issues
- Maintain compliance with Indonesian import regulations and trade policies
- Prepare monthly import reports and performance metrics
- Collaborate with warehouse and procurement teams for inventory planning
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in import/export operations
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian customs procedures and regulations
- Proficient in customs documentation systems (PIB, SPPB)
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English
- Clean driving license (SIM A) for occasional site visits
