PT STAR NIAGA SUKSES is a dynamic and fast-growing company in the manufacturing and logistics sector, committed to operational excellence. We are currently looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Staff Import to join our professional team in Jakarta Barat.
In this role, you will play a critical part in ensuring the seamless flow of our international supply chain. You will be responsible for overseeing the end-to-end import administrative processes, ensuring full compliance with customs regulations, and coordinating with various stakeholders to prevent bottlenecks. Tanggung Jawab
- Managing and processing all import documentation (PIB, BL, Packing List, Invoice, COO) accurately and timely.
- Coordinating with forwarders, customs brokers, and related government authorities to ensure smooth shipment clearance.
- Monitoring the status of import shipments and providing regular status updates to internal departments.
- Handling administrative filing and digital record-keeping for all import-related transactions.
- Resolving technical issues and discrepancies that occur during the customs clearance process or shipping transit.
- Preparing and submitting import reports to management on a periodic basis.
- Ensuring all import activities comply with current Indonesian trade and customs regulations.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum Diploma (D3) degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience working as an Import Staff, Logistic Officer, or similar role.
- Strong understanding of Indonesian customs regulations, HS Codes, and import procedures.
- Proficiency in using the CEISA system and other related customs administration software.
- Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to work under pressure with tight deadlines.
- Excellent communication skills in both Bahasa Indonesia and English.
- Ability to troubleshoot logistical problems effectively in the field.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
