As an Import Staff, you will play a critical role in ensuring the seamless flow of our international supply chain. You will be responsible for the end-to-end management of import documentation, coordination with customs authorities, and ensuring full compliance with prevailing trade regulations. The ideal candidate is a proactive problem solver with a strong understanding of export-import procedures and a commitment to maintaining high operational efficiency.

Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and prepare all necessary import documentation, including Commercial Invoices, Packing Lists, and Certificates of Origin.
- Coordinate the complete process of Pemberitahuan Impor Barang (PIB) and ensure accurate HS Code classification.
- Liaise effectively with freight forwarders, shipping lines, and customs brokers to ensure timely arrival of shipments.
- Monitor and track incoming shipments to minimize demurrage and storage costs.
- Ensure full compliance with Indonesian customs regulations and trade policies.
- Prepare periodic reports on import activities and document status for management review.
- Collaborate with internal departments to resolve any issues related to import clearance and permits.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of proven experience in an Export-Import (EXIM) role within a logistics or manufacturing company.
- Proficient in operating the CEISA system for PIB submission and other customs-related applications.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian customs laws, import regulations, and tax procedures (PPn, PPh).
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and analytical skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines.
- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia; basic proficiency in English is preferred.
- Based in Medan or willing to be relocated.
