Deskripsi Pekerjaan

We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Staff Import to join our team in Jakarta Barat. This is an urgent opening for a motivated individual who excels in handling logistical documentation and ensuring the seamless flow of international goods. In this role, you will be the backbone of our supply chain process, coordinating between internal stakeholders, freight forwarders, and relevant government authorities to ensure all import activities are compliant and timely.

The successful candidate will demonstrate a strong understanding of customs regulations, shipping documentation, and logistical coordination. You should be proactive, capable of managing multiple tasks under tight deadlines, and possess excellent communication skills to resolve any potential bottleneck in the import process. Tanggung Jawab

  • Manage and prepare all necessary documentation for import shipments (PIB, BL, Packing List, Invoice, etc.).
  • Coordinate with freight forwarders, shipping lines, and customs brokers to ensure timely delivery of goods.
  • Monitor the progress of shipments and provide regular status updates to internal management.
  • Ensure compliance with all local import regulations and customs policies.
  • Handle incoming shipments and oversee the administrative aspects of clearance processes.
  • Maintain an organized and accurate filing system for all import-related records.
  • Resolve issues related to shipment delays or documentation discrepancies proactively.

Kualifikasi

  • Female candidate with a minimum of Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Business, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as an Import Staff, Logistics Admin, or similar role for at least 1-2 years.
  • Proficient in MS Office, specifically Excel, for reporting and data management.
  • Strong understanding of Indonesian customs procedures and shipping terminology (Incoterms, HS Codes).
  • Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational capabilities.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage tight deadlines effectively.
  • Good communication skills in Indonesian; basic proficiency in English is a plus.
