Perdana Bangun Pusaka is a dynamic player in the manufacturing and logistics sector, currently seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Staff Import to join our growing team in Jakarta Pusat. In this role, you will be the backbone of our procurement operations, ensuring the seamless flow of goods from international suppliers to our warehouse.
The successful candidate will manage the end-to-end import procurement process, from documentation and purchase order management to coordinating with logistics partners. Tanggung Jawab
- Drafting and issuing Purchase Orders (PO) accurately based on approved Purchase Requests (PR).
- Managing and verifying import documentation including Commercial Invoices, Packing Lists, and Bills of Lading.
- Coordinating with suppliers and freight forwarders to ensure timely shipment and delivery.
- Monitoring the status of imported goods and providing updates to relevant internal stakeholders.
- Ensuring all procurement activities comply with company policy and local import regulations.
- Collaborating with the finance department to process payments and reconcile import costs.
- Maintaining an organized database of supplier information and procurement records.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- At least 1-2 years of experience in import, purchasing, or logistics administration.
- Strong understanding of import-export documentation and Indonesian customs procedures is an advantage.
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word) and ERP systems.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to work under pressure with tight deadlines.
- Strong communication skills in Indonesian and basic English for supplier correspondence.
- Highly organized, analytical, and capable of managing multiple priorities effectively.
