Tanggung Jawab
- Manage end-to-end import documentation including customs forms, bills of lading, and certificates of origin
- Coordinate with freight forwarders, customs brokers, and shipping lines for timely clearance
- Ensure compliance with Indonesian import regulations and tariff classifications
- Monitor shipment tracking and resolve customs clearance delays proactively
- Prepare cost estimates and manage import budgets effectively
- Maintain accurate records of import activities for audit purposes
- Collaborate with internal teams to synchronize inventory and production schedules
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or International Trade
- Minimum 2 years of experience in import operations or customs clearance
- Professional proficiency in English (written and spoken)
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian customs regulations and procedures
- Proficiency in logistics software (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and MS Office
- Excellent problem-solving and negotiation skills
- Attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines
