Tanggung Jawab
- Manage end-to-end import documentation including customs declarations, permits, and shipping bills
- Coordinate with freight forwarders, customs brokers, and international suppliers
- Ensure compliance with Indonesian import regulations and tariff codes
- Monitor shipment tracking and resolve customs clearance issues proactively
- Maintain accurate import databases and financial records
- Analyze import costs and identify optimization opportunities
- Liaise with internal departments (procurement, warehouse, finance) for seamless operations
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in import/export operations
- Professional English proficiency (written and spoken)
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian customs procedures and regulations
- Proficient in import documentation systems and ERP software
- Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently under tight deadlines
