In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for our patients, guiding them through every step of the IVF process. Your role is vital in ensuring a seamless, supportive, and efficient patient experience. You will manage clinical communication, coordinate appointment schedules, and provide emotional support to individuals and couples during a sensitive time in their lives.

Tanggung Jawab
- Serve as the dedicated point of contact for patients throughout their entire IVF treatment cycle.
- Coordinate appointments, diagnostic tests, and procedure schedules to ensure timely treatment delivery.
- Educate patients regarding treatment protocols, medication administration, and clinical instructions.
- Maintain accurate and confidential electronic medical records (EMR) and ensure all documentation is up-to-date.
- Act as a bridge between patients and the clinical/medical team, ensuring clear communication and prompt responses to inquiries.
- Provide emotional support and resources to patients throughout their journey, ensuring a high level of patient satisfaction.
- Monitor patient progress and alert the medical team to any clinical concerns or deviations from the treatment plan.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Nursing, Midwifery, Public Health, or a related healthcare discipline.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a clinic, hospital, or customer-facing medical role (experience in fertility clinics is a significant advantage).
- Strong empathy and the ability to maintain professionalism during sensitive patient interactions.
- Excellent communication skills in both Indonesian and English.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with medical scheduling software.
- Exceptional organizational skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Ability to work in a contract-based position with a professional, service-oriented mindset.
