Are you a detail-oriented professional with a passion for logistics and inventory accuracy? We are currently seeking a motivated Junior Stock Controller to join our dynamic operations team in Jakarta Utara. In this role, you will play a vital part in maintaining the integrity of our inventory records, ensuring that our supply chain runs smoothly, and supporting the warehouse team in daily operations.
As a Junior Stock Controller, you will be responsible for monitoring stock levels, conducting regular audits, and reconciling discrepancies. You will work closely with the procurement and logistics departments to ensure timely availability of materials. We are looking for someone who is methodical, highly organized, and eager to grow their career within the manufacturing and logistics sector.
Tanggung Jawab
- Monitor daily stock movements and update inventory records accurately in the ERP/WMS system.
- Conduct regular cycle counts and physical stock-takes to ensure system data reflects actual inventory.
- Investigate and resolve stock discrepancies, identifying root causes to prevent future occurrences.
- Coordinate with the logistics team to track incoming shipments and outgoing deliveries.
- Prepare comprehensive daily and weekly stock reports for management review.
- Maintain organized storage areas to optimize warehouse space and accessibility.
- Ensure all inventory handling procedures comply with safety and company standards.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or Diploma (D3) in Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply; prior experience in warehouse or stock control is a plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables) and basic computer literacy.
- Strong analytical skills with a high level of attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to maintain accurate documentation.
- Willingness to be based in Jakarta Utara and work flexible hours if required.
