Tanggung Jawab
- Manage daily logistics data entry with high precision and speed.
- Coordinate with warehouse and distribution teams to ensure timely order fulfillment.
- Monitor and update inventory levels to prevent discrepancies or stockouts.
- Prepare, verify, and maintain logistics documentation such as delivery orders and shipping manifests.
- Track incoming and outgoing shipments to ensure operational compliance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional departments to resolve logistics-related issues promptly.
- Generate regular performance reports regarding logistics efficiency and warehouse activity.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or Diploma/Bachelor’s Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or equivalent.
- Proven experience as an Admin Logistics, Warehouse Clerk, or similar role (minimum 1-2 years).
- Strong numerical accuracy and attention to detail.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel) and inventory management software.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively within a team.
