Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee the daily administrative flow for goods received, processed, and released from the warehouse.
- Ensure all logistics documentation is accurate, up-to-date, and compliant with company standards.
- Coordinate with internal departments and third-party transporters to ensure timely delivery schedules.
- Monitor inventory levels and perform routine stock reconciliation to prevent discrepancies.
- Utilize SAP systems to input data, track shipments, and generate logistics performance reports.
- Assist in the implementation of safety protocols and warehouse efficiency improvements.
- Resolve any operational bottlenecks or issues related to shipping and receiving in real-time.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum Diploma (D3) degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 1-2 years of experience in a logistics or warehouse role, preferably within the FMCG industry.
- Hands-on experience with SAP (ERP) system is highly preferred.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel for data tracking and reporting.
- Ability to work effectively in a high-pressure manufacturing environment with shifting priorities.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to coordinate with cross-functional teams.
- Strong analytical mindset and high attention to detail regarding inventory accuracy.
