As a Staff Logistics, you will be the backbone of our distribution and inventory management processes. You will play a critical role in ensuring that raw materials and finished steel products move seamlessly through our supply chain. Tanggung Jawab
- Coordinate and monitor daily logistics and transportation activities to ensure timely delivery of steel products.
- Maintain accurate inventory records of raw materials and finished goods using warehouse management systems.
- Supervise loading and unloading processes to ensure safety standards and company policies are strictly followed.
- Prepare, organize, and manage shipping documentation including delivery orders, invoices, and packing lists.
- Communicate effectively with internal production teams and external transport vendors to streamline operations.
- Monitor warehouse stock levels and conduct regular audits to prevent discrepancies.
- Address and resolve logistical bottlenecks or delivery delays promptly to minimize operational downtime.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or Bachelor's Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in logistics or warehouse operations, preferably within the iron or steel industry.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, for data tracking and reporting.
- Strong understanding of warehouse safety regulations and supply chain best practices.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and under pressure in a fast-paced industrial environment.
- Willingness to be based in Tangerang, Banten.
