Tanggung Jawab
- Coordinate end-to-end logistics operations for medical supplies and equipment
- Optimize inventory management and warehouse efficiency in regional distribution centers
- Develop and implement transportation strategies for multi-location supply chains
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulatory requirements for logistics
- Manage vendor relationships and negotiate service agreements
- Monitor logistics performance metrics and implement continuous improvements
- Lead cross-functional teams to resolve operational challenges
- Prepare detailed logistics reports for management review
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in healthcare or medical logistics
- Strong knowledge of inventory control systems and logistics software
- Certification in Supply Chain Management (SCM) preferred
- Experience managing multi-location distribution networks
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Willingness for placement in Makassar, Ambon, Palu, or Kendari
