Tanggung Jawab
- Coordinate closely with production, warehouse, QC, and sales teams to ensure on-time delivery and optimal inventory levels.
- Monitor stock movements and reconcile inventory reports regularly to prevent shortages or overstocking issues.
- Communicate shipment schedules and delivery timelines clearly to internal stakeholders and external partners.
- Assist in quality control checks to ensure all goods leaving the warehouse meet company and client standards.
- Maintain accurate records of incoming and outgoing logistics documentation and delivery receipts.
- Identify potential logistical bottlenecks and propose efficient solutions to streamline daily operations.
- Collaborate with team leads to forecast inventory needs based on production schedules.
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Previous experience in a manufacturing or logistics environment is highly preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to liaise effectively with diverse internal teams.
- Proficiency in using inventory management software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word).
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced setting.
- Detail-oriented with a strong sense of responsibility regarding inventory accuracy and data entry.
