Tanggung Jawab
- Coordinate daily logistics and supply chain activities to ensure on-time delivery.
- Act as the primary point of contact for Mandarin-speaking stakeholders and business partners.
- Manage and verify import/export documentation, including shipping manifests and customs clearance papers.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with warehouse teams for efficient storage and distribution.
- Prepare regular operational reports for management review.
- Resolve logistics-related issues or delays promptly to maintain high service standards.
- Ensure all logistics processes comply with local regulations and internal company policies.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Logistics, Business Administration, or related fields.
- Mandarin Proficiency (Mandarin Speaker) is mandatory (HSK 4 or equivalent preferred).
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a logistics, warehouse, or supply chain role.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word).
- Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Willing to be based in Cikarang.
