Sinar Sakti Metalindo is a leading player in the manufacturing industry, committed to operational excellence and high-quality production standards. We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Staff Maintenance to join our technical team in Cileungsi.
In this role, you will play a critical part in ensuring the reliability and efficiency of our manufacturing machinery and facility infrastructure. You will be responsible for conducting preventive maintenance, troubleshooting technical issues, and ensuring that all production lines operate at peak performance with minimal downtime. Tanggung Jawab
- Execute routine preventive and corrective maintenance on manufacturing machinery and auxiliary equipment.
- Troubleshoot and diagnose electrical and mechanical failures to minimize operational downtime.
- Perform scheduled inspections on production lines to ensure compliance with safety and operational standards.
- Coordinate with the production team to schedule maintenance activities without disrupting daily outputs.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance logs, machine history, and spare parts inventory.
- Respond promptly to emergency breakdown calls and implement effective repair solutions.
- Ensure all maintenance tools and equipment are kept in good working order and organized.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Mechanical, Electrical, or Mechatronics Engineering.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in industrial maintenance or a similar manufacturing environment.
- Strong understanding of hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical control systems (PLC proficiency is a plus).
- Proficient in reading technical manuals, schematics, and blueprints.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle shift work if required.
- Strong analytical skills with a focus on problem-solving and safety awareness.
- Willingness to be based in Cileungsi, Jawa Barat.
