We are currently looking for a skilled and proactive Staff Maintenance to join our expanding team in Tabanan, Bali. In this role, you will play a critical part in ensuring our production facility operates at peak efficiency by maintaining our high-end machinery and infrastructure.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in industrial maintenance, electrical troubleshooting, and mechanical repairs. Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct routine inspections and preventative maintenance on production machinery and electrical systems.
- Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic issues to minimize production downtime.
- Perform timely repairs on manufacturing equipment, including saws, sanders, and finishing machinery.
- Maintain comprehensive logs and documentation of all maintenance activities and machine performance.
- Collaborate with the production team to ensure safe and efficient machine operation.
- Proactively identify potential hazards or equipment failures and implement corrective actions.
- Manage spare parts inventory and coordinate with suppliers for equipment procurement.
- Ensure compliance with all safety and OHS standards within the production facility.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's (S1) degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in an industrial or manufacturing maintenance role.
- Strong knowledge of industrial electrical components, hydraulics, and pneumatics.
- Proficient in troubleshooting and repairing complex industrial machinery.
- Ability to read and interpret technical blueprints, manuals, and wiring diagrams.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively under pressure.
- Good physical stamina and the ability to work shifts as required.
- Residing in or willing to relocate to the Tabanan, Bali area.
