Tanggung Jawab
- Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance on transport vehicles and heavy machinery to ensure optimal performance and safety.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues to minimize vehicle downtime.
- Coordinate with the logistics team to schedule maintenance activities and manage spare parts inventory.
- Ensure all maintenance work complies with company safety standards and local traffic regulations.
- Document all maintenance activities, repairs, and parts usage accurately in the daily logbook.
- Train junior staff or temporary workers on proper maintenance procedures and safety protocols.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Vocational High School (SMK) majoring in Mechanical Engineering, Automotive, or Transport Technology.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in fleet maintenance or automotive workshop settings.
- Valid Driver's License (SIM A and/or SIM B1) is required.
- Strong knowledge of vehicle mechanics, engine systems, and basic electrical troubleshooting.
- Ability to work under pressure and adhere to strict safety and quality standards.
- Good communication skills in Indonesian and English.
