Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement comprehensive logistics plans covering inventory, warehousing, and distribution networks
- Coordinate with suppliers, carriers, and internal departments to ensure timely delivery of goods
- Monitor logistics KPIs including delivery times, cost efficiency, and inventory accuracy
- Manage documentation processes including shipping orders, customs clearance, and compliance paperwork
- Identify cost reduction opportunities through route optimization and process streamlining
- Resolve logistics disruptions through contingency planning and stakeholder communication
- Conduct regular audits of logistics operations to ensure compliance with company policies
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or Business Administration
- Minimum 3 years of experience in operational logistics or supply chain management
- Proficiency in logistics management software (SAP, Oracle, or similar)
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret logistics data and metrics
- Certification in logistics or supply chain management (CPIM, CSCP) preferred
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills with diverse stakeholders
- Ability to work under pressure while maintaining attention to detail
- Knowledge of Indonesian customs regulations and transportation laws
